About
Eric Aronsohn, Managing Principal
Eric is a real estate investments executive focused on innovative strategies in real estate with a more than 15-year track record of delivering extraordinary returns and thriving partnerships. Eric has spent 8-years of his career with Lennar, first with a (former) subsidiary, Rialto Capital Management executing on value-added business plans including residential land strategies and developer capital solutions across the country; then with the National Land Finance Group overseeing land banking programs as the group facilitated a fundamental shift in the companies approach to land culminating in the spin off of Millrose Properties and the launch of a new land banking partnership.
Eric has been a key contributor on several large urban, mixed use development projects where he advanced complex land entitlements, built partnerships with development partners, and lead financing initiatives including construction debt, tax credit equity, tax increment, and other public financing instruments with Stockbridge Capital Group and as a private developer in the Bay Area. Notable projects include Bay Meadows, Hollywood Park, Treasure Island, and the Baylands. He has additionally worked in the real estate technology space as well as with private real estate investors in various capacities including acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, and dispositions.
Eric’s comprehensive background within real estate provides him the ability to deeply understand and navigate complex stakeholder relationships and design targeted processes which maximize value and minimize friction.
Eric attended Connecticut College where he competed on the sailing team. He is currently based in San Francisco, CA where he lives with his wife, two young children, and dog Lennon.
